EveryMatrix has just established a new workplace in Bucharest, Romania, a significant development for the organization as they reach a workforce of 1,000 individuals.

The new office is a contemporary, environmentally-conscious structure situated in the center of Bucharest. It was constructed in collaboration with STRABAG Real Estate and welcomed its first occupants this year. The office is designed to be an excellent work environment for the over 400 employees in Bucharest, and it continues to expand.

EveryMatrix is also commemorating a major achievement: they now have over 1,000 workers! The company has been expanding consistently since its inception 16 years ago, and in the past four years, they have experienced a substantial increase in personnel, going from 525 employees in 2020 to 1,000 today. They also declared record earnings in 2023.

The new office is situated near University Square, a central location in the city, making it convenient for employees, customers, and associates to access.

The Agasi 4 structure boasts a spacious in-house fitness center, health spa, swimming pool, outdoor area, and six levels of state-of-the-art amenities. It also includes free electric vehicle charging stations for all staff, encouraging them to transition from fossil fuel-powered vehicles. The structure is designed to provide the optimal work experience and surroundings for EveryMatrix personnel, catering to their diverse requirements.

The structure is built using sustainable construction practices and meets the rigorous LEED V4 Gold green certification standards, minimizing risks to the environment and human health. The new office utilizes climate-friendly and environmentally conscious building materials and construction techniques, setting a new benchmark for corporate and environmental responsibility.
