Clarion Events has purchased Affiliate Summit, a prominent player in affiliate marketing, for an undisclosed amount. This strategic move considerably expands Clarion’s footprint in the affiliate marketing sector.

Affiliate Summit, now a part of iGB Affiliate’s parent organization, is a significant gathering that unites affiliates, retailers, suppliers, and networks for a three-day event featuring exhibitions, presentations, and learning sessions on the newest industry developments.

The deal also encompasses valuable resources such as FeedFront magazine, GeekCast.fm, ReveNews.com, and the yearly AffStat industry benchmark analysis.

Shawn Collins, co-founder of Affiliate Summit and a renowned marketing authority, conveyed his enthusiasm about the acquisition, noting that partnering with Clarion will introduce fresh value to their current brands and unlock opportunities in new markets. He anticipates that merging Affiliate Summit with iGaming Business will generate even greater benefits for participants and exhibitors.

Alex Pratt, Managing Director of iGB Affiliate, shared this perspective, characterizing the acquisition as a “transformative” move for Clarion.
